I train people over 40 to be strong enough, balanced enough, and bold enough to go anywhere. My fitness classes and personal training sessions aren't just workouts.
They're preparation for the life you're building.
And once you're ready? I take small groups to Mexico — as your fitness coach, your concierge, and the person who's already made all the mistakes so you don't have to.

I take small groups to places that matter — curated, carefully planned, and led by someone who knows the terrain inside and out. Every morning starts with a fitness class tailored to that day's adventures. Every day is designed to go deeper than a tourist would ever get.
Right now, my heart is in Mexico. Specifically: San Miguel de Allende — a UNESCO World Heritage city of cobblestone streets, baroque architecture, extraordinary artisans, and, if the season is right, millions of monarch butterflies in the forest nearby.
