Social - Physical - Occupational - Spiritual - Intellectual - Environmental - Fiscal -

My passion for building connection through meaningful relationships has been evident in both my professional and personal life. I’ve facilitated community-building initiatives, organized social events, and encouraged active participation in group activities. By nurturing a sense of belonging and social integration, we can create spaces where individuals can flourish and experience true wellbeing.

My dedication to “whole person wellness” focuses on providing opportunities for growth and personal fulfillment. When individuals are encouraged to pursue their interests, discover their passions, and find purpose in their lives, they become inspired to live with intention and then embrace the infinite possibilities that lie ahead.

I’m focused on promoting holistic wellness and empowering individuals of all ages to lead fulfilling lives. Here are some of the projects I’ve been involved in which bring people together through all the dimensions and domains of Wellness.

Learn how YOU and your garden can help save a monarch

In 2018 I launched a campaign to plant Georgia native milkweed in public parks along Peachtree Creek & its tributaries to attract and feed monarch butterflies.  Each year I have expanded the reach of this project with the help of Sally Sears (SouthFork Conservancy), and Henning von Schmeling (Chattahooochee Nature Center.) Together, we educate people and organizations about the importance of Native, Organic Milkweed for the health of the Monarch Population. We have donated thousands of plants to parks, trails, nature preserves, retirement communities, schools, churches, mental health facilities and more. This campaign has been successfully used by others in metro Atlanta. Book a call.

Georgia Beloved Naturalist Class

I am a co-founder of a naturalist training classes for men and women of diverse backgrounds to learn about birds, lichens, urban agriculture and other subjects. In its third season (’24), the program named Beloved Naturalists is now part of the Georgia Audubon outreach for greater diversity in members and environmental education (Save the Monarch Butterfly).
