Overcome Temptations with Pre-Commitments
Schedule workouts as non-negotiable appointments in your calendar.
Plan meals ahead of time to avoid impulse eating.
Write down a mantra like, "I am strong, committed, and making progress every day."
Insight: Studies suggest pre-commitments (like scheduling your sessions) reduce the likelihood of skipping them, and tracking meals boosts dietary adherence.
Check-In with Your Support System
Feeling discouraged? Call a friend, post in an online group, or even DM me for encouragement.
Why? Accountability partners or supportive networks can lift you up when your energy dips.
