Perform a Weekly Self-Audit

  • Choose one day each week to reflect on your journey.

  • Ask yourself:

    • What did I do well this week?

    • What challenged me, and how did I respond?

    • What adjustments can I make next week to improve?

Insight: Weekly reflection reinforces success and builds resilience. Documenting lessons learned ensures that challenges don’t derail progress.

Reignite Motivation

  • Treat yourself to a new book, movie, workout outfit or fitness gadget.

  • Share your progress publicly—let others cheer you on!
