Perform a Weekly Self-Audit
Choose one day each week to reflect on your journey.
Ask yourself:
What did I do well this week?
What challenged me, and how did I respond?
What adjustments can I make next week to improve?
Insight: Weekly reflection reinforces success and builds resilience. Documenting lessons learned ensures that challenges don’t derail progress.
Reignite Motivation
Treat yourself to a new book, movie, workout outfit or fitness gadget.
